ANTIKINTELLIGENCE SOLUTIONS
Insight in motion

One set of numbers. Every system. Any industry.

ANTIK makes your systems agree, defines the metrics that matter for your business, and puts AI agents, monitors and automation to work on the result. On a dedicated server you own, built, connected and maintained by ANTIK, without replacing a system you run.

Strong Saturday. Two locations carried the day. The waterfront site ran two cashiers short after 4 pm and the line at close cost about $2,900 against the usual. Labor is over plan for the third Saturday in a row; the labor monitor has drafted a schedule change for Friday.

Example on fictional data. Your numbers come from your own systems.

The problem

Most companies run on systems that don't agree

Scattered

Sales, payroll, accounting, inventory, projects and CRM each keep their own version of the truth.

Late

A consolidated view takes days or weeks, built by hand in spreadsheets by people who should be doing other work.

Untrusted

When two reports disagree, decisions stall and the meeting becomes a debate about whose numbers are right.

What ANTIK does

Make the data agree. Define what it means. Put it to work.

01

Agree

Every system connected and reconciled into one set of numbers, on a dedicated server you own. Locations, products, customers and accounts matched across systems, then loaded nightly with validation checks before the morning reports go out.

02

Define

Metrics set with your leadership for your industry: revenue, margin, utilization, labor, throughput. Each one has a written definition and its source systems named, so there is one answer to "what does this number mean".

03

Act

Monitors that watch, agents that explain and draft, and automation that acts inside limits you set. Watch first, act second: a monitor is what tells an automation when to move.

How it works

Live in 90 days, without replacing a system you run

One dedicated server, five stages, a fixed statement of work. You own the hardware, the account and the credentials. ANTIK holds managed admin access and keeps it running.

Build

A dedicated server, on premises or in your own cloud account. Hardened from day one: HTTPS, token authentication, secrets in a vault, least-privilege keys.

Connect

Every system through sanctioned APIs: ERP, sales, CRM, projects, payroll, inventory, marketing and more. Read-only first.

Train

Metrics defined with your leaders, starting from the closest industry pack. Forecasting models trained on your own history.

Ingest

History backfilled and reconciled across sites, entities, products and customers, then loaded nightly.

Maintain

Daily health checks, connector updates, model retraining and a monthly review with leadership.

What your team sees

Daily intelligence, in one window

Ask in plain words, or let the monitors come to you. Dashboards, forecasts and staged actions all read from the same reconciled numbers.

Monitors

A standing watch on every function.

Each department gets monitors on its own numbers, with a named owner and a defined response when something moves. Green monitors stay quiet, so managers read the ones that fire.

Agents and automation

Agents explain and draft. You decide what runs.

The finance, operations, marketing and people agents add the context and prepare the order, schedule, email or entry. One tap from an authorized person runs it, or it runs on its own inside written limits.

  • Every action logged with what it changed
  • Money, people and deletions always need a person
Dashboards

Say what you want to see. It builds the board.

Ask for a dashboard and it appears: KPI tiles, charts, tables and the insights that matter, refreshed every night from the reconciled numbers.

  • Compares to budget, last year and the usual day
  • Weekly owner and board brief built from the monitors

Forecasts

Know the week before it happens.

Forecasting models trained only on your own history, with weather, local events and last year. Demand, labor, inventory, cash and pipeline, delivered to the people who act on them.

  • Expected results per day with a confidence range
  • Staffing and stock suggestions you can approve in one tap
Monitoring

Every function watched. Only the exceptions reach you.

Each monitor follows one design standard. Examples below are typical; yours are defined with each department head during the build.

Marketing

Spend efficiency
Cost per booking up 30% week over week → draft a budget shift to the better channel
Reputation
A one-star review unanswered for 24 hours → draft the reply for approval

Operations

Sales against forecast
A location 20% under forecast by mid-shift → alert the manager, draft a staffing cut
Inventory
A key item below par before a weekend → stage the purchase order

Human resources

Certifications
A required certification expiring in 14 days → notify employee and manager, track to completion
Turnover
90-day turnover above 40% under one manager → alert the department head with the trend

Finance

Cash
Deposits not matching sales for two days → alert the controller with the gap by location
Payables
A probable duplicate invoice in the payment run → hold for approval

Accounting

Unposted entries
A source with three days unposted → draft the journal entries for review
Close
Close tasks behind schedule on day three → alert with the open list

Technology and data

Data health
A source with no new data by 6 a.m. → hold that source's morning report, alert support
Security
An admin login from a new location → alert your security contact at once
SignalOne agreed metric, its source systems named
ThresholdGreen, yellow and red bands set with the department head
OwnerOne named person per monitor, with a backup
ResponseAlert, draft, approve to run, or run within limits
EscalationWho hears about it if the owner doesn't act in time
ReviewA monthly check of false alarms, so thresholds tighten
Automation

Automation at the level of trust you choose

Levels 1 and 2 come with every build. Levels 3 and 4 write to your systems, so they go live one workflow at a time, each with your written sign-off and its own limits.

Level 1

Alert

Flags the issue to the right person, with the evidence attached.

Included
Level 2

Draft

Prepares the order, schedule, email or entry for a person to finish.

Included
Automation packs

Eight packs that take routine work off your team

Sold after your data agrees, never before. Accounting is usually first, because every company already does that work by hand.

Accounting

Books that agree with your source systems every morning.

Finance and close

Days off the close; fewer coding errors.

Labor and scheduling

Lower labor cost; fewer payroll corrections.

Inventory and purchasing

Fewer stockouts; less cash tied up in stock.

Revenue and customer

More repeat business; faster lead and bid response.

Controls and loss prevention

Losses caught the same day.

Reporting and communication

Hours of report-building returned each week.

People and compliance

Fewer lapsed licenses; cleaner files.

On the same retainer

One vendor for your data and your technology

The server, the monitors, the automation and the helpdesk under one retainer and one team. The same server, credentials and vendor list run your day-to-day technology too.

IT as a service

Your day-to-day technology on the same retainer, with one team to call.

  • Helpdesk: tickets by email, chat and phone; access requests, onboarding and offboarding
  • Devices: laptops, tablets and handhelds set up, patched, encrypted and replaced
  • Network and sites: firewalls, Wi-Fi, carriers, cameras, field connectivity
  • Business systems: a named administrator for your line-of-business, finance and sales systems
  • Backup, recovery and security: tested restores, multi-factor sign-in, email filtering, endpoint protection, access reviews

Add-ons

Built once for a client, then yours to switch on.

  • Private AI appliance: AI models on your own server, so nothing leaves the building
  • Managed monitoring desk: ANTIK staff review red alerts, chase owners and run the monthly threshold review
  • Document intelligence: invoices, contracts, permits and statements read into the data set
  • Planning and scenarios: budgets, forecasts and what-if models on the reconciled numbers
  • Executive assistant: a mobile and voice chief-of-staff agent that briefs the owner daily
  • Private data gateway, premium recovery, automation studio
The closed data loop

Your data stays on your server.

It never feeds a shared model, a vendor's training set or another client's results. The large platforms host every customer's data together on their clouds. ANTIK keeps each business's data inside its own walls.

QuestionTypical cloud platformANTIK
Where does your data live? The vendor's cloud, pooled with other customersA dedicated server you own, on premises or in your cloud account
Who holds the credentials? The vendorYou. ANTIK never holds sole admin
Is your data used to train models?Often, unless you opt outNever. AI is reached only under terms that bar training on your data; models trained for you are yours
Can AI run without leaving the building?NoYes, with the private AI appliance on your own server
Who can write to your systems?Depends on the connectorNothing writes until you sign off on that workflow; read-only by default
What is logged?Usage logs on the vendor's sideEvery query, by user or agent, on your server
Any industry

The method travels. Only the metric pack changes.

Metrics are defined in scope for each client's industry, starting from a growing library of metric packs. Hospitality is the beachhead, not the boundary.

The team

Conceived by operators. Developed to spec.

Built by people who ran multi-format businesses across hospitality, retail, marinas and events, and sold into them from the supplier and distributor side. Every product is engineered to a written specification by dedicated infrastructure, data and integration specialists.

Good questions

Before you ask

Does any of our data go to an outside AI company?

Your data lives on your server and is never used to train anything outside your own models. Where an AI model is reached, it is under terms that bar training on your data. Clients who want zero outside exposure run models on their own server with the private AI appliance.

What does discovery involve?

A questionnaire covering your company, objectives, every system that holds data, the metrics each function tracks, the work you want automated, forecasts that would change decisions, managed IT needs and security requirements. About 60 to 90 minutes with your executive sponsor and department heads, under mutual NDA. It is paid, and credited toward the build if you proceed.

Can an automation make a mistake in our systems?

Every workflow goes live only with your written sign-off and its own limits. Money, people and deletions always need a person. Every action is logged with what it changed, and you can pause any workflow instantly.

Who is this for?

Large, multi-entity operators running many disconnected systems without a data team of their own. There is no hosted tier and no per-location subscription: capacity goes into a handful of clients on long contracts.

Next step

Start with a discovery.

A paid scoping of your systems, your goals and the metrics that matter, credited toward your build. We bring the questionnaire; you bring the people who own the numbers.

  • Discovery and data audit. Paid scoping under mutual NDA, credited toward the build. You get a written scope, timeline and price before anything is built.
  • 90-day build. Build, connect, train and ingest under a fixed statement of work.
  • Managed service. A multi-year retainer: maintenance, monitoring, retraining and a monthly review.
  • Expand. Capacity blocks, the monitoring desk, automation packs and IT as you're ready.
